Privacy notice

Who we are

Vila Haus, Lisbon, Portugal. You can reach us at hello@vila.haus.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, your company name if you give it, your email address, your message, your browser's language setting and the time you sent it. We do not store your IP address or details about your browser or device.

Why

To read your message and reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages people send us (article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Where it goes

Your message is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, in Google's European multi-region) and a copy is emailed to our Google Workspace mailbox, so that we can reply. Google processes this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

The stored message is deleted automatically 12 months after you send it. The email copy is deleted when the conversation no longer needs it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@vila.haus. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies.
